3.Personal data will be processed for marketing and commercial purposes in electronic form (email, SMS, MMS) and voice calls (phone conversations).

4.Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for sending marketing information. Refusal to provide data will prevent the transmission of the above information based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

5.Data may also be processed in connection with the investigation/defense of claims based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

6.You have the right to request access to your personal data from the Controller, their rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object t processing, and the right to data portability.

7.You also have the right to withdraw any consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8.Your personal data will be processed until the withdrawal of consent or for a period of 3 years from the completion of this form, and for purposes related to the investigation or defense against claims until the expiry of the limitation period for these claims.
